Working with your health and wellness coach, you’ll feel empowered by knowing what is happening with your body in every stage of your pregnancy (pre-conception, conception, pregnancy: 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester and postpartum), what to do and how to make decisions that suits your and your babies’ necessities best.

Our doulas are experienced in supporting birthing folks in all settings. Whether you want to welcome your baby to the world at home, at a birth center, or in a hospital. We got you!
Our postpartum doulas are expertly trained to support you and your family as you adjust to life at home with your newborn. As you recover from birth, we offer day and overnight shifts to assist you in establishing routines, learning correct methods of infant feeding and soothing, and bonding as a new family unit. Overnight postpartum care allows for you to get some much needed rest when sleep deprivation can be at its worst.
How to survive postpartum 101!
This private class is tailored to educate and answer any questions you may have about infant care and managing expectations coming home. This course is perfect for those who have not cared for an infant in a while and just need a refresher of best practices or for those who have never changed a diaper in their life! We then focus on recommendations on dividing tasks and making night feeds smoother so everyone can maximize sleep.
